Spend a night in the country, in a restored 1855 farmhouse, with all the ambiance of a "time gone by"..and enjoy a real "old fashioned" farm country breakfast. Enjoy a day in the country, Maps of local restaurants, antique shops, Amish specialty locations, skiing locations and many others available.... or just enjoy the peace and quiet.

 

Heritage Meadows Farm B & B is actually located in Ephratah, NY, which is 18 miles east of Herkimer, 45 miles east of Cooperstown, 13 miles west of Johnstown and 45 miles west of Saratoga.

 

Originally built by John Whitlock and his wife Elizabeth Nellis in 1855, Heritage Meadows Farm is located in the heart of farm country, shared with Amish neighbors.

 

 

Nellis Room - This room features a "queen size" bed with green accents and is furnished with antiques that are possibilities of the period of the original house.

 

Whitlock Room - This room features a "queen size" bed with blue accents and is also furnished with antiques that are possibilities of the period of the original house.  This room is not suitable for children as it includes low windows which were part of the original architecture.

Room Rates:

 

  •  $90.00 Per night, plus 8% tax - 50% deposit required. (10% off Oct.- Mar. )

 

  • (Fulton County has no additional bed tax. Only sales tax applies)

  • We can accommodate up to 10 additional guests for breakfast for an

  • Check In: 1:00 - 7:30 (If you cannot be here you must call to verify arrival before 7:30)

 

  • Check Out: 11: a.m.

 

Cancellation Policy:

 

  • Cancellations before 2 weeks of the reserved date will result in a full refund.

 

  • Cancellations between 5 and 13 days of the reserved date - a gift certificate will be issued for a future stay.

 

  • Cancellations 5 days or less of the reserved date - no refund will be made.

 

  • Pets: Sorry, no pets.  We have our own.

off Rte 67 in Ephratah, 2 miles west of the historic Saltsman Hotel.

 

Located on 59 acres with 1/2 mile on Caroga Creek
