and Marjorie Myers invite you to visit their beautiful old farmhouse in the country.
Sheltered by gnarled old Maple trees, the house settles back on acres of woodlands,
pastures and meadowlands.

Belle Maison offers
3 comfortable air conditioned guestrooms, featuring queen sized beds and views of the farm and
wildlife restoration area across from the house. The Ivy Room has access to
a private second floor porch where guests enjoy the morning sun and evening
breezes. The Harness Room is decorated in a horsy motif. The cozy
Pine room is paneled in warm wood tones. All rooms are fully carpeted. Free
Wireless Internet.



Guests
enjoy walks under the apple blossoms in the Spring, lush green leaves overhead
in summer, glittering Fall foliage and winter sports including Cross Country
skiing right from Belle Maisons own back door. Friendly farm animals eagerly
await pats and treats from Belle Maisons kitchen.
A full Farmers
Breakfast featuring Marjs homemade breads and pastries and fresh brown
eggs from Belle Maisons own hens allows no one to go
away hungry.

With convenient
access to urban entertainment and activities, Belle Maison enjoys the benefits
of both country calm and city bustle. Marj and Fred will be sure to greet you
on your return from your fun-filled days with Welcome Home to Belle Maison.

Pine Room $75
Harness Room $85
Ivy Room $100
The three large second floor rooms share a common bath. A second large bath
is available on the ground floor.
Additional guests $15 each
Business and Military Discounts available.

All rates quoted are double occupancy per night and include a full breakfast
and free Wireless Internet access.
Cash, Checks as well as American Express, Master Card, Visa, and Discovery
Cards are acceptable
NYS and local B&B taxes are applicable (10.75%)

prior to confirmation.

Reservations may be made in writing, by email or by telephone. A
deposit of the first night's stay is necessary to confirm a reservation. If a
deposit is not received within ten days, your reservation will be cancelled.
Refunds of deposits will be given only when cancellations are made two weeks
prior to your scheduled arrival.
Check-in time 2 p.m. or later depending on your scheduled time of arrival.
Check-out time is 11 a.m.
If you or your children, have allergies, please understand that our farm
environment and lodgings might not be appropriate for you.
No Smoking is permitted in Belle Maison. You may smoke on the porches, but
never, never in the barn!

90 East to Exit 33 Verona; take Rt 365 East; follow signs to Floyd; Okey-Dokey's
restaurant on left; turn left on Koenig Rd. by restaurant; at intersection
go straight; pass Town Hall on left and Town Barn on Right; 2 plus miles watch
for crossroads sign; turn right by old White Church; Belle Maison is the third
